We are looking for a high-impact AVP – Founder’s Office to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business growth, operational priorities, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented professional who can move seamlessly between strategy and implementation.
The AVP will act as a trusted partner to the Founder, helping translate the organization’s vision into actionable priorities, driving critical initiatives, and ensuring strong alignment across teams. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Founder on business strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Identify strategic opportunities, evaluate business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Build business cases, financial models, strategic frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
- Translate the Founder’s vision into clear objectives, action plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
- Work with leadership and functional teams to track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor business performance and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and organizational reviews.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and key internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Drive process improvements and help build scalable systems as the organization grows.
- Take ownership of ambiguous and high-impact problems that require independent thinking and structured execution.
- Prepare insights, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and management reviews.
- Represent the Founder’s Office in important internal and external discussions when required.

- Comfort working in highly dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments.
- Proficiency in preparing executive presentations, business cases, and strategic analyses.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Background
Candidates may come from backgrounds such as Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Management, Product, or high-growth startups. Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership will be highly valued.
