About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for a skin clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial and cost accounting, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and auditing, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.

Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, dermatology clinics, skin clinics, or cosmetic/aesthetic businesses are required for this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and other accounting records.
• Prepare cost sheets, maintain cost records, perform variance analysis, and support pricing and cost-control activities.
• Manage GST and TDS compliance, filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Handle invoice processing, payment management, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Perform bank, branch, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Manage salary and bonus reconciliation and provide support for payroll-related accounting.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and timely closure of books.
• Support management with financial reports and accounting insights when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CMA Qualified, B.Com, or M.Com.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or Tally ERP-9.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost and management accounting, auditing, and MIS reporting.
• Strong GST and TDS knowledge.
• Excellent reconciliation and accounting skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare, skin clinics, dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, or cosmetics is required.
