We are currently seeking an Associate Support Engineer (Command Center) based in our Sunway, Malaysia office. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of SAP Delivery.

Position Summary 

As an entry level, the Associate Support Engineer (Command Center) role requires willingness to learn and acquire new technical knowledge, processes and methodologies applied on a day-to-day basis at the company. The Associate Support Engineer role will support technical issues resolution for our internal teams and clients in monitoring performance of calls, chats, and tickets to ensure service targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment
• Monitors performance across all channels (calls, chats, tickets, etc.) in real time to ensure service targets are achieved for our clients
• Communicates cross functionally throughout the organization providing timely feedback to leaders on performance
• Supports resolution of technical issues for our internal teams and vendors
• Engages in our escalation process acting as a liaison between the business and technology team

Experience

0-1 year in any field

• Good attitude, interpersonal, presentation and communication
• General IT knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to learn new skills

IT or Engineering Education Degree
