As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to ensure stability and performance, supporting business continuity and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Experience in managing and supporting end-to-end sales and distribution cycles within SAP environments.
- Ability to interpret and resolve complex system issues impacting business operations.
- Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to support business requirements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
