About the Role
维护并推动营销渠道、营销渠道团险业务的开拓及服务工作职责：
负责营管处团险业务推动 40%
1. 辅导代理人开拓团体保险客户,完成业绩指标;
2. 提升代理人渠道活动人力并提高团险业务价值;
3. 对所辖营管处进行推动并完成相应的销售任务;
4. 对所辖营管处组织实施产品及销售技巧培训。
营管处竞赛及活动规划与执行 30%
1. 对所辖营管处制定有效业务推动方案并落实业务追踪;
2.合理竞赛及活动各项费用开支率。
客户陪访及员工福利说明会的举办 20%
1. 客户陪访、制定建议书、讲解投保方案等；
2. 推动营销员开展WSM;
3. 员工福利说明会举办。
代理人渠道沟通及维护 10%
1. 定期与ADE/ADM沟通;
2. 定期与营销主管沟通;
任职要求：
1.大学本科或以上学历
2.5年以上相关工作经验
3.熟练使用MS-Office软件；
4.具备金融保险/市场/销售/人力资源/教育等工作经验
5.具备市场营销经验，尤其在团体保险领域有实践经验；
6.客户导向，具备极强的沟通能力；
7.快速解决问题及决策能力。
8.具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神及客户服务意识
