As an AI Engineer Manager, you will lead teams within our Data and Analytics practice, focusing on leveraging data to drive insights and support clients in achieving their strategic goals. You will utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, helping clients optimize their operations and solve complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. By analyzing and identifying the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of data-driven initiatives
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive decision-making
- Developing and implementing data models and algorithms to optimize client operations
- Conducting complex data analysis to support clients in solving business problems
- Creating dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively
- Managing data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Excelling in machine learning and predictive analytics
- Utilizing data visualization tools to drive insights
