Iron Mountain is seeking a Agente Order Entry to join our Customer Operations team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional service experience by acting as the primary liaison for critical customer requests and cases through Salesforce CRM. Working collaboratively with cross-functional operational teams, your dedication to resolving incidents and training users will ensure our clients rely on us with complete confidence. What You’ll Do:

• Gestionar y resolver casos: Responder a solicitudes e incidencias de clientes internos y externos en tiempo y forma a través de Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Asegurar la trazabilidad y prioridad: Priorizar reclamos actuando con sentido de urgencia para garantizar un seguimiento de principio a fin.

• Capacitar a los usuarios: Orientar y entrenar a los clientes de forma remota en el uso de los servicios para optimizar sus procesos de negocio.

• Coordinar con áreas internas: Mantener una colaboración constante con las diferentes áreas de operaciones para asegurar la excelencia en el servicio.

• Promover nuevas tecnologías: Identificar oportunidades en cada contacto con el cliente para dar a conocer las herramientas tecnológicas de la compañía.
   

What You’ll Bring:

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos de gestión documental dentro de la compañía.

• Título de bachiller, preferiblemente Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante universitario de carreras administrativas.

• Alta capacidad de análisis, trabajo en equipo y habilidades de comunicación con excelente redacción.

• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y bajo presión.

• Orientación total a la experiencia del cliente (customer journey) y deseable formación en mejora de procesos.
