Pay $20 an hour

Part time

• Responsible for clerical activities while providing administrative support for the department or function assigned.

• Monitors various electronic mailboxes distributing inquiries or requests for information to necessary parties as required.

• Orders supplies, coordinates mailing events (both electronic and regular mail), and maintains files as required.

• Scans and files documents as required for the department/function.

• Coordinates and schedules management and teammate meetings for the department/function.

• Assists in coordinates special events and local teammate functions.

• Makes travel arrangements for teammates as required.

• Assists with development of materials used in classes or events.

• Assists the department by preparing for meetings, reviewing requests, and processing decisions made in meetings.

• Processes invoices and expense reports according to formal processes. • Coordinates projects as assigned.

• Provides backup and acts as Receptionist in his/her absence. • High school diploma required • Previous working experience preferred
