Position Overview

The Accounting Clerk III provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team. This role is responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining organized financial records, and supporting basic bookkeeping and reconciliation activities. The Accounting Clerk III works independently on routine assignments and collaborates with the broader accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
 

Primary Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify financial data and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records.
• Support general accounting and bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
• Utilize SAP and other financial systems effectively to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in SAP and assigned accounting processes.
• Works independently on routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Expands knowledge and skills within the accounting function.
• Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities while adhering to established procedures.
   

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or professional accounting-related coursework.
• No prior work experience required (for use outside the U.S. only).
• Basic understanding of accounting or financial principles.
   

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English (recommended).
• Familiarity with basic accounting systems or ERP tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
