As an Accounts Payable - Associate 2, you will be instrumental in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will embrace a learning mindset, adapting to diverse perspectives and challenges, while consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will build a personal brand, opening doors to more opportunities as you navigate through the firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply professional and technical standards, uphold the firm's code of conduct, and develop commercial awareness. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas. Responsibilities 

- Manage accounts payable processes confirming compliance and accuracy 

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues 

- Analyze financial data to support project objectives 

- Contribute to the development of financial reports and documentation 

- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance analytical skills 

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders 

- Support the implementation of process improvements 

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas 

What You Must Have 

- Bachelor's Degree 

- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role 
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable 

- Proficiency in accounting software 

- Excelling in accounts payable processes and practices 

- Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines 

- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred 

- Analyzing data with an analytical mindset 

- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications 

- Supporting internal and external audits 

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Shift time : 2pm to 11pm IST
