As an Acceleration Center - Full Stack Developer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, crafting advanced software solutions that drive digital transformation and elevate business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
- Utilizing application frameworks and lifecycle management tools to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain software quality and performance
- Managing application integration and architecture to support enterprise-level solutions
- Applying continuous integration and delivery methodologies to improve software deployment efficiency
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize software functionality and user experience
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their evolving needs
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical challenges and project deliverables

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Excelling in application development using platforms like Mendix and OutSystems
- Navigating complex software engineering challenges with analytical thinking
- Building meaningful client relationships through effective communication
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
