We are seeking a highly motivated and driven early-career professional to join us as a Workplace Experience Coordinator for a part-time, one-year fixed-term contract in our Korea office. In this role, you will help create a seamless and engaging workplace experience for our Korea team, supporting a range of areas including workplace operations, employee onboarding, vendor coordination, and internal events. You will work closely with the local team and external partners to keep our workplace running smoothly and contribute to a collaborative, welcoming, and productive office environment. 

You will:

• Drive Office Operations: Help ensure the Korea office runs smoothly and efficiently by coordinating workplace needs, managing office resources and inventory, and partnering with facility providers on maintenance and operational requests.
• Champion the Employee Experience:  Support a welcoming and productive workplace experience, including new hire onboarding, workspace readiness, and coordination of team activities and gatherings.
• Provide Administrative & EA Support: Manage visitor registration, coordinate meeting room logistics, and handle shipping and courier support. You will maintain essential office documentation (SOPs, inventory lists, contact directories) and provide ad-hoc administrative support for team meetings.
• Support Internal Events & Team Engagement: Contribute to internal events and team initiatives from planning through execution. This may include participating in ideation and planning, coordinating logistics and vendors, and providing on-site support.
• Provide Flexible Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the Korea team on evolving office and team priorities, stepping in where needed to help initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

You Have:

• Required
• 0-2 years of experience in facility management or office administration within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English to effectively collaborate with local teams, vendors, and global headquarters.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Preferred
• Previous internship or experience in an office environment, administration, hospitality, or customer service.
• A basic understanding of vendor coordination, event planning, or invoice tracking.
• Familiarity with Roblox and an understanding of its platform, community, and culture.

Where You'll Be:

This is an onsite part time role based in the Seoul office, where you’ll be expected to work in the office 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) a week. The working hours will typically be 1:30 PM–6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate business needs, including occasional morning hours
