Warehouse Supervisor - Sydney

We're currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Sydney Logistics team and help drive operational excellence across our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, support team performance, and ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. You'll lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate stock control processes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage container scheduling, unloading and warehouse resource planning.
• Support transport coordination and develop strong relationships with logistics providers and carriers.
• Monitor operational costs and assist with budget management.
• Maintain equipment servicing schedules, including forklift maintenance.
• Support onboarding and training of team members while fostering a positive team culture.
• Champion workplace health, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and organised warehouse professional who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
• A current forklift licence is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to safety.
