Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a V&V Electronic Engineer (m/f) to join our Avionics & Simulation Products department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing critical avionics equipment and simulators. As part of the IVV team, you will be involved in the integration, verification, and validation of flight control computers aiming at ensuring full compliance with specifications and aeronautical standards.

Your challenges:
- Define, lead, and execute the Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) strategy for flight control computers and avionics equipment.
- Design, develop, and maintain verification means and test environments (test benches, simulators).
- Write procedures, execute tests (boards and FPGAs), and analyze anomalies in collaboration with development teams.
- Ensure requirement traceability throughout the lifecycle and compliance with aeronautical standards (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A).
- Report compliance status and environmental qualification results to relevant stakeholders.
Your boarding pass:
- At least 5 years of significant professional experience in integration, verification, and validation of avionics systems/equipment.
- Academic background in Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Aeronautics, or a related field.
- Technical expertise in V&V methodologies (boards, FPGAs, equipment), high-speed design, and communication buses (ARINC 429, AFDX, MIL-STD-1553).
- Proficiency in testing, simulation, and programming tools (Python, LabVIEW, C++), laboratory instruments, and aeronautical standards (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A).
- Strong teamwork, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, curiosity, excellent communication, and technical English proficiency.
