As a User Experience Designer, you will help create clear, consistent and user-centered experiences. You will explore the needs of customers and users, translate insights into design concepts and prototypes, and refine solutions through research, testing and stakeholder feedback.
You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, engineering, usability and relevant business domains. Applying a holistic perspective, you will consider how individual design elements interact within the broader product and service ecosystem.
You will also contribute to the organization’s design language system and support the development of trustworthy experiences for AI-powered capabilities. Throughout your work, you will balance user needs, design quality and accessibility with project timelines and budget constraints.
Your role
Conduct customer and user experience research, including user interviews, surveys and usability testing.
Translate research findings and user needs into practical, user-centered design solutions.
Take a holistic approach to design by considering ecosystems, dependencies and the broader impact of proposed solutions.
Create visual concepts, interaction designs and prototypes, and improve them iteratively based on feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders and specialists across marketing, engineering, usability and relevant business domains.
Develop and present proposals using effective visual and verbal communication techniques.
Build productive cross-functional relationships and communicate clearly to create alignment throughout projects.
Deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines, budgets and other project constraints.
Apply and contribute to the organization’s design language system, including reusable components, patterns, design tokens and accessibility standards.
Design clear and user-centered experiences for AI-powered capabilities, with appropriate transparency and user control.
Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to a supportive culture of teamwork.
You’re the right fit if
You have a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline; or
You have vocational education in design or an equivalent qualification, combined with at least four years of relevant experience.
With a relevant bachelor’s degree, no prior professional experience is required.
Your background may include UX design, information architecture, user research, product design or usability testing.
You understand established design principles, industry practices and communication techniques.
You can formulate and clearly present design proposals that meet project requirements.
You can work effectively with different stakeholders and use guidance to contribute to shared project goals.

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial:
Usability testing and UX research
UI and UX design
Interaction design
Information architecture
Wireframing and prototyping tools
Stakeholder management
Accessibility standards
Visual design and graphic design software
Technical documentation and quality specifications
Industrial design
Enterprise design systems or design language systems
Component libraries, reusable interaction patterns and design tokens
AI UX and human-centered AI design
AI-enabled design systems or AI-assisted design workflows
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € € 48,611 – € 81,018. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 3% bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

This is an office-based role, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
