Key responsabilities:

- Executive support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.

- KPI tracking and business operations reporting.

- Budget, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting.

- Invoice tracking and financial administration.

- Overtime (OT) management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.

- Data analysis, reporting, and leadership decision support.

- Proactive identification of issues and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Financial and logistical administration (budget control, invoicing, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting)
• Experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting
• English: C1
• Occasional trips (Santa Fe, CDMX)
