Position Summary

The Treasury Analyst role is responsible for supporting the cash and liquidity management function.  The responsibilities include monitoring cash flow and forecasting, preparation of regular metrics and analyses, credit agreement compliance, and other treasury and risk management activities as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and enhances 13-week and long-term cash flow forecasts, including analyzing key business drivers and identifying liquidity trends
  • Performs cash management activities including daily cash positioning and analysis, managing borrowings and paydown of debt facilities, and executing and confirming transfers or payments
  • Provides summary detail on daily cash movements to management
  • Ensures borrowing compliance within parameters of credit agreement covenants
  • Develops relationships with bank representatives and works through any bank processing issues as they arise
  • Audits all open bank accounts; confirms signers, confirms correct users on all bank systems, and monitors the accuracy of bank documentation
  • Analyzes bank statements, identifying areas with cost savings opportunities
  • Maintains and implements financial policies and procedures for treasury functions
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, including opportunities to automate recurring Treasury reporting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Supports strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in Treasury, and/or Finance
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and enhance cash flow and liquidity models, and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Demonstrated experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financial data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a macro-level view of the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask & react effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
  • Workday experience preferred, not required
