Job Summary

The Transmission Field Services Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the data, reporting, and analytical needs of Asset Management teams. Acting as the primary liaison between TFS Asset Management and TFS Data Analysts, the coordinator evaluates business requests, determines the most effective approach for delivering results, and collaborates with analysts and stakeholders to provide information through reports, dashboards, presentations, data extracts, and other decision-support tools. This role transforms complex information into clear, actionable insights that support reliability improvement, risk mitigation, asset performance, and investment decision-making while maintaining alignment with TFS strategy and quality expectations.

What You'll Do: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Asset Management data, reporting, and analytical requests, working with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and facilitate the delivery of information products that support operational and strategic decision-making. 

• Evaluate business questions and independently determine the most effective method to develop and deliver results, including the use of existing reporting solutions, dashboard enhancements, ad hoc analyses, presentations, data extracts, or other decision-support tools. 

• Collaborate with analysts, coordinators, Asset Management teams, Quality Services leadership, and other stakeholders to develop, refine, and deliver reporting and analytical solutions that meet business needs and organizational standards. 

• Translate complex technical, operational, and analytical information into concise, actionable insights that enable leaders to quickly understand issues, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions. 

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, visualization techniques, information accessibility, and decision-support processes while promoting consistency and alignment across TFS and Asset Management organizations. 

• Leverage data and analytical insights to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making, and help stakeholders focus resources and investments on initiatives that provide the greatest value to reliability, risk reduction, asset performance, and business outcomes. 

• Build and maintain effective working relationships across a matrix organization, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to Asset Management leaders, analysts, and other stakeholders. 

• Anticipate stakeholder needs by proactively identifying emerging issues, trends, risks, and opportunities and developing information products and insights before formal requests are generated. 

• Utilize advanced analytical and communication tools, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other reporting platforms, to develop effective decision-support products and executive-ready deliverables. 

• Operate independently with limited direction, managing multiple priorities and deliverables while effectively coordinating activities and achieving results through influence rather than direct authority.

Educations Requirements:
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 1 year of utility field experience.; or high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related utility field experience. 

Work Experience requirements:
Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.

Transmission Field Services Coordinator
(Grade 7)

Education Requirements:
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related

technical field and 3 years of utility field experience; or high school diploma or GED and 5 years of

related utility field experience which would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.

Work Experience requirement:
Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience

Transmission Field Services Coordinator Sr:

(Grade 8)

Education Requirements:
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction
Management or related technical field and 6 years of utility field experience; or high school
diploma or GED and 10 years of related utility field experience which would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.

Work Experience requirement:
Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.

$74,551.00 - $128,688.00
