The Product Trainer (Application Software) will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions. Delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients. The role also supports clients by troubleshooting application issues, assisting with CRM workflows, SQL-related queries, and API integrations, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical concerns. This role will ensure that clients are trained smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating advocates of MRI residential products.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and conducts all admin and sales onboarding training in conjunction with the client
• Experience providing technical product support, SQL and API integrations,
  managing support cases through resolution while ensuring timely client communication.
• Maintains accurate case records, customer communications, and troubleshooting documentation using CRM and case management systems.
• Experienced in customer onboarding support, knowledge transfer, user guidance, and creation of support documentation and training materials.
• External consultant booking and Face to Face training when required.
• Adhere to the administrative process to ensure the scheduling, allocation, and sequence of training sessions are captured and committed to in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining training records and monitoring expiring/expired training hours.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Training Manager and preparation of the team’s monthly report.
• Responds to client requests for information and related services.
• Prepare all training agendas in readiness for client training.
• First point of contact for all onboarding training.
• Understanding the onboarding process to cover when staff are on leave

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in the Real Estate industry (If you an EA for a Sales Agent, Junior Assistant Property Manager, Receptionist at a RE Agency this role might be for you)
• Experience delivering client training, onboarding, customer support, or software application support.
• Previous experience using a real estate CRM is an advantage (Box+Dice, Vault, Agent Box)
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or software integrations is advantageous.
• Effective communication both written and oral
• High degree of problem-solving skills and time management skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions confidently and professionally.
• Empathy to understand each client that you are training, their needs, and the way they need to be trained
