Job Title: Training Operations Support

Join our Commercial Aviation Maintenance Training team and play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of aircraft maintenance training activities. This position serves as a central point of contact for stakeholders, training administration, and operational support functions to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding training operations and activities.
• Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, gather training requirements, and support alignment across teams.
• Support the booking, planning, and execution of training logistics while monitoring operational performance and timelines.
• Coordinate and administer training-related documentation, records, and support activities.
• Oversee hotel and accommodation arrangements (HOTAC) for personnel attending training programs and support vendor coordination and invoicing activities.
• Coordinate secondary training activities to ensure alignment with training objectives and operational requirements.
• Monitor and manage training-related tickets assigned to the training administration team and support timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Ability to work on-site at a customer location in Montreal.
• Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, training operations, training administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Transport Canada training requirements and regulations.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience coordinating training logistics and stakeholder communications.
• Interest in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of current learning and development trends.
