About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop & Affiliate Specialist to manage daily TikTok Shop operations, grow affiliate creator networks, and drive sales for DTC/e-commerce brands.

You'll work directly with clients, recruit and manage affiliate creators, develop conversion-focused content briefs, and execute campaigns that increase GMV. This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands TikTok Shop and can independently manage day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily TikTok Shop Seller Center operations, including product listings, promotions, and account performance.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators, driving consistent content production and sales.

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, including creator outreach, product seeding, follow-ups, and performance tracking.

• Develop creator briefs, video scripts, hooks, and livestream talking points that drive conversions.

• Monitor and report on GMV, affiliate sales, active creators, content output, and campaign performance.

• Communicate directly with clients, provide performance updates, and coordinate product launches and promotions.

• Track affiliate commissions, payouts, and creator performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve affiliate engagement, content quality, and sales results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop management, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce operations.

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center for US brands.

• Proven experience recruiting, managing, and activating TikTok Shop affiliate creators.

• Experience running affiliate campaigns and tracking GMV, creator activity, and sales performance.

• Ability to write effective creator briefs, TikTok video scripts, and conversion-focused hooks.

• Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands.

• Strong written and spoken English, including confidence communicating directly with US-based clients.

• Excellent organization, communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
