  • Participate in an on-call roster and provide support for urgent and unplanned procedures when required
  • Conduct product demonstrations, education sessions, and training programs to promote Peripheral Vascular solutions
  • Navigate complex hospital environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive therapy adoption

  • 5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, with consistent quota achievement
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to grow accounts and drive therapy adoption
  • High levels of resilience, tenacity, and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated clinical aptitude with the ability to learn and confidently support highly technical products
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call roster and support of urgent cases
  • Ability to operate autonomously across a geographically spread territory
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across physicians, nursing, procurement, and hospital leadership

Preferred

  • Experience selling into Victorian public and private hospital systems
  • Background in vascular, interventional, cardiology, or cath-lab environments
  • Experience growing market share, launching new products, technologies, or therapies

Please note this role covers Western Victoria and will involve regular travel throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. This role also participates in an on-call roster and requires the flexibility to respond to urgent cases outside standard business hours when required.
