Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the growth of the commercial business across the Philippines through new customer acquisition and the development of existing customer relationships. This customer-facing sales role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, promoting company products and solutions, and supporting revenue growth objectives. The role requires proactive prospecting, effective relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value to customers.
Primary Responsibilities
    •    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, sectors, or market segments.
    •    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their evolving business needs.
    •    Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research, to generate qualified sales leads.
    •    Support the development and execution of account plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
    •    Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to communicate the value proposition of the company's products and solutions.
    •    Monitor customer activities, market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
    •    Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
    •    Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other customer-related documentation in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
    •    Assist in product trials, customer onboarding, training activities, and implementation support as required.
    •    Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful execution of business initiatives.
    •    Participate in trade shows, industry events, conferences, and other business development activities when required.
    •    Support revenue growth objectives by achieving assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Food industry, Hospitality and or similar industry.
    •    Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    •    Excellent time management; able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    •    Self-driven, results-oriented, and confident in collaborating with business leaders
    •    High sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset
    •    Strong analytical skills; able to use data and tools to drive sales and exceed goals
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
