What you’ll do  
⦿ Technical Reporting: Manage and deliver accurate technical reports to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.  
⦿ Scheduling Coordination: Attend weekly Bucket scheduling meetings to align service activities with mine operations and priorities.  
⦿ Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Safety, Health, and Environmental Policies as prescribed by the mines, ensuring a safe working environment.  
⦿ Business Development: Grow business and market share by promoting ESCO products and services to mining clients.  
⦿ Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, supporting strategic positioning.  
⦿ Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with mine personnel, acting as the ESCO ambassador on site.  
⦿ Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect ESCO Buckets, including lips and GET Wear, ensuring all components meet specifications and quality standards.  
⦿ Trial Management: Identify trial opportunities for new products or solutions and monitor trials closely to ensure successful outcomes.  
⦿ Fleet Information Gathering: Collect and maintain detailed information on the machinery fleet to support service planning and inventory management.  
⦿ Inventory Support: Assist mine stores in maintaining appropriate stock levels to ensure availability of critical parts and materials.  
⦿ Travel Requirements: Primarily onsite at Sakania with potential travel to nearby mine sites as required.  
⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

 

What you’ll bring  

 

Must-haves:  
⦿ Qualified artisan or equivalent technical certification.  
⦿ Previous experience working with mining equipment (Bucket & GET)
⦿ Proficiency in English and French to communicate effectively with diverse teams.  
⦿ Strong commitment to safety and adherence to health and environmental policies.

 

Nice-to-haves:  
⦿ Experience in technical reporting and market intelligence within the mining sector.  
⦿ Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.  
⦿ Familiarity with ESCO products and wear components.  
⦿ Ability to manage trials and monitor performance outcomes.
