Make your Impact: The Manufacturing Finance Analyst is a crucial member of plant management team. This role reports to divisional finance directly and dotted line to the Site Managers of the Covington and Nisu sites to support achieving the plant’s performance objectives.



What You'll Do:

Financial Business Partner
Partner with site leadership to connect financial performance with business strategy. Provide insights, targets, and incentives that drive results, while building strong cross-functional relationships and fostering a cost-conscious culture across the operation.

Reporting, Forecasting & Planning
Lead accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close activities. Deliver key performance insights, facilitate management reviews, and provide scenario analysis that supports informed business decisions and achievement of financial targets.

Inventory & Costing
Own standard costing processes, ensuring accurate product costs, BOMs, routings, and inventory valuation. Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to optimize inventory performance, resolve system issues, and improve cost visibility.

Technology & Business Insight
Leverage tools such as Oracle, Power BI, OneStream, and data warehouses to deliver actionable insights. Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing operations through shop floor engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational partnership.

Process Improvement & Compliance
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and manufacturing accounting practices. Ensure compliance with IFRS while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen governance, and support operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or closely related field required; CMA or MBA is a plus but not required.

  • At least 2 years financial analysis experience or 3+ years’ public accounting experience working with manufacturing clients would be considered equivalent.

  • Requires proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including strong Excel skills

  • Experience with Oracle, Power BI, and OneStream is a plus.

  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
