The Role and Impact
In this role, you will design, organize, and deliver technical training classes for manufacturing and process engineering employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet factory needs effectively. You will work closely with engineers and managers to develop and deliver training programs, create technical materials, and coordinate logistics to support manufacturing excellence. Your efforts will play a critical role in enhancing skills, driving productivity, and maintaining operational quality.

Business group
The PG18 Technical Training group is dedicated to building and sustaining a highly skilled manufacturing workforce for the PG18 factory. Focused on addressing New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) needs, this team delivers tailored technical training solutions to support Intel's broader manufacturing goals. Through robust training programs and continuous development initiatives, the group contributes to Intel's commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing operations and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, schematics, BOMs, and other training-related materials.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including class arrangements and administrative support.
  • Assess training needs and develop training plans for individual roles and factory-wide requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure training programs align with manufacturing objectives.
  • Create and implement processes for tracking training records, completion status, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing training activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) training needs through tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant field with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment and operation training, manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in developing technical documents, equipment and operations specs and manual, schematics, and design materials for training purposes.
  • Experience coordinating logistics and tracking training records in a manufacturing environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and technical equipment.
  • Experience with evaluating and improving training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
