About this Technical Architect (ServiceNow) role at Clarivate

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect who is passionate about designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, platform scalability, and business transformation. This role will provide technical leadership across architecture, integrations, automation, and platform engineering while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe solutions.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of ServiceNow expertise and at least 3 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, governance, and technical strategy.
- Deep expertise in CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, ITSM, and ITOM, including data quality, CI relationships, integrations, and infrastructure discovery.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
- Exposure to Now Assist and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent advanced ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and distributed teams within complex enterprise environments.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role
- Define and drive the ServiceNow architecture roadmap, technical standards, governance framework, and platform strategy.
- Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe implementations.
- Provide architectural leadership across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, integrations, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and identify opportunities to optimize platform performance, governance, and operational efficiency.
