This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic insight. The position demands active collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously exploring emerging ideas to drive value and impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and enhance delivery capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions and business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core human resources processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient technology solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
