We are looking for a Team Leader, Guest Experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Guest Relations team in delivering seamless and personalized guest service, while coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth shifts and maintaining high service standards. You will take a proactive approach to guest needs, special occasions and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and farewell guests in the lobby and assist with welcoming amenities and room escorts.
• Provide guests with information about the Resort, local attractions and services.
• Assist with guest celebrations and special arrangements to create memorable experiences.
• Support the handling and follow-up of guest requests, concerns and complaints in cooperation with other departments.
• Prepare welcome and departure letters for guests.
• Participate in breakfast and dinner rounds, welcoming guests and assisting with special requests.
• Support the resort's online reputation by encouraging guests to share their experience through online reviews.
• Follow all Health & Safety rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on relevant hospitality trends and developments.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills with a genuine focus on creating memorable guest experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with guests, colleagues and external partners.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations calmly and professionally, while working effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS, GXP and other relevant hotel systems and software.
• Ability to maintain and consistently follow Brand Standards, company policies and SOPs.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support ongoing training and development within the team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
