We're not looking for a recruiter who fills roles when they open. We're looking for a talent partner who is always scouting, always pitching, and always finding the missing piece that makes the whole team think sharper.

THE ROLE
The role is across hiring, talent strategy, talent IPs and talent-first employer branding. Discovering exceptional talent is always on and runs alongside all of it, because each feeds the other.
Creatives, strategists, technologists, brand partnerships. Full-time and freelance. Your job is to raise Kulfi's talent density, not just fill seats.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
Discover, connect, pitch, close

• Discover and speak to industry people every week, across India and internationally. Know what good work looks like and who's behind it, on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Reddit
• Spot emerging and established talent doing career-defining work, and know exactly which person would elevate which team at Kulfi, and why
• Build relationships long before a role opens. Pitch talent internally with conviction, and pitch Kulfi externally as the next best place to work
• Close full-time hiring requirements and own the process end-to-end, from the moment a role opens to the day someone joins. Partner with hiring managers on what the team is actually missing
• Own the candidate experience, so every interaction feels thoughtful and personal

Build talent strategy, IPs and programs

• Work with the VP, Talent & Community to shape and build talent strategy: the programs that make Kulfi the employer of choice
• Conceptualise and run talent IPs like residencies, associate programs, internships and campus collaborations. Track the best of these nationally and internationally, bring the best ideas home, and build the systems that make them run brilliantly
• Meet talent where they are: campuses, communities and creative circles. Open them up to Kulfi so that when they look for their next move, Kulfi is their first choice
• Explore AI tools and workflows that make scouting, hiring and programs sharper and faster

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

• This is a talent partner role, not a recruiter or coordinator role. You'll have real influence over who Kulfi becomes
• Proactive, not reactive. Your pipeline exists before the role does
• Strategy, programs and employer branding are part of the job from day one

WHO YOU ARE

• 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, HR, partnerships, events, or any role that taught you to recognise and partner with great talent and build teams
• You understand what high talent density means, and you can spot it
• You know the advertising and creative industry: who does good work, what roles actually do, and what makes someone great at them
• You know where the people are, and how to get to them
• You love meeting new people, hold conversations that keep them interested, and keep relationships warm long after the first chat
• Structured enough to build systems, track closely and run multiple roles and programs without dropping the ball
