• カメラや各種センサーなどの先端技術を活用し、Driver Monitoring System（DMS）および Occupant Monitoring System（OMS）の新たな機能を企画・開発。Function Ownerとして、コンセプト検討から量産立ち上げまで、担当機能の開発をリードしていただきます。

【業務内容】
DMS（ドライバーモニタリングシステム）／OMS（乗員モニタリングシステム）のFunction Ownerとして、担当機能の開発をリードしていただきます。

顧客との技術窓口を担い、社内のSystem、Software、Validation、Quality、Project Management等の各チームと連携しながら、コンセプト検討から量産まで一貫して機能開発を推進するポジションです。

【主な業務】
◎顧客との技術窓口

• DMS/OMSの機能に関する顧客との技術コミュニケーションをリード
• 顧客要求・優先事項の整理、技術課題や開発状況の報告
• System Technical Project Manager等と連携した顧客対応

◎DMS/OMS機能の開発リード

• コンセプト検討から量産まで、担当機能の開発全体をリード
• 眠気・注意力モニタリング、乗員検知、子どもの置き去り検知、パーソナライゼーション等の機能開発
• 品質・コスト・納期（QCD）を管理し、Technical Review / Design Reviewを推進
• 要求事項やChange Requestの管理、開発計画・進捗管理
• 技術課題の原因分析から対策・クローズまでをリード

◎開発プロセスの改善

• Automotive SPICE等の開発標準に沿ったプロセスの適用・改善
• Lessons Learnedを活用した開発手法・ツール・プロセスの継続的な改善

◎リソース管理

• プロジェクトチームおよびR&Dマネジメントと連携した開発リソースの計画・管理
• スケジュール、リソース、技術課題をモニタリングし、必要な調整・エスカレーションを実施

[Mission]
You will be involved in the development of next-generation in-cabin sensing technologies that support automotive safety, comfort, and personalization.

• Capitalizing on advanced technologies such as cameras and various sensors, you will plan and develop new features for Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS). As a Function Owner, you will lead the development of assigned features from concept phase to mass-production launch.
• In addition to working closely with internal departments including engineering, software, systems, validation, quality, and project management you will also collaborate closely with clients such as OEMs. This is a crucial position responsible for delivering products that meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) requirements.

[Job Description]
As a Function Owner for DMS (Driver Monitoring System) / OMS (Occupant Monitoring System), you will lead the development of assigned features.

Serving as the technical interface with customers, you will drive feature development from concept through mass production while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, including Systems, Software, Validation, Quality, and Project Management.

[Key Responsibilities]
◎Customer Technical Interface

• Lead technical communication with customers regarding DMS/OMS features.
• Clarify customer requirements and priorities, and report on technical issues and development progress.
• Coordinate customer interactions in alignment with System Technical Project Managers and other key stakeholders.

◎DMS/OMS Feature Development Leadership

• Lead the overall development of assigned features from concept to mass production.
• Develop features such as drowsiness and attentiveness monitoring, occupant detection, child presence detection, and personalization.
• Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) while driving Technical and Design Reviews.
• Manage requirements and Change Requests (CRs), as well as development planning and progress.
• Lead root-cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and resolution of technical issues.

◎Development Process Improvement

• Apply and improve processes in compliance with automotive development standards, such as Automotive SPICE.
• Drive continuous improvement of development methods, tools, and processes utilizing Lessons Learned.

◎Resource Management

• Plan and manage development resources in coordination with project teams and R&D management.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and technical issues, making necessary adjustments and escalations.

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with Japanese OEMs (JOEMs)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive product development
