The HR Solutions Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for a team responsible for delivering HR services and support across the organization. This role is accountable for team performance, operational excellence, talent development, process optimization, and service delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will foster a high-performing team culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure an exceptional employee experience and efficient HR operations.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Supervise employees and coordinate daily workflow in assigned HRS workstream, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with service level agreements and service catalogue. Oversee staff training, conduct performance evaluations, talent development and address performance issues to foster a high-performing team.
• Monitor, review, and optimize HRS processes and knowledge articles, identifying opportunities for operational excellence and efficiency. Lead initiatives to improve turnaround times and reduce inquiry volume, partnering with management and team members.
• Ensure positions within the workstream are appropriately staffed, proactively monitoring coverage needs and adjusting resources as necessary to support operational demands.
• Provide solutions for Tier 1 inquiries, acting point of contact for key transactions and questions, and ensuring resolution aligns with documented processes and service catalogue.
• Develop and deliver training content on HRS processes, systems, and procedures to the team and stakeholders.

What are we looking for (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, and minimum 2 years of previous experience in human resources including demonstrated track record in supervising employees.

What else are we looking for (Preferred):

• Proven experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Previous experience leading and developing teams of 8-10 employees or more.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of Human Resources Shared Services and HR programs and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance, including employee relations matters in partnership with HR.
• Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and team deliverables while ensuring quality and service excellence.
• Accountability for team performance, productivity, and achievement of business objectives.
• Experience developing solutions to complex business and operational challenges.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships at all levels of the organization.
