Looking for an opportunity to gain international work experience while studying?

As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Location: Debrecen, Vezér str. 39. (Tudáspark)

Work Mode: Onsite, from our office

Working Hours: 8:00 – 20:00

Employment type: Student, 20 hours / week

What will you do?

• Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via email and chat
• Track parcels and investigate delivery-related issues
• Handle customer cases and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Process delivery amendments and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with logistics and operational teams to find solutions

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•   High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous BPO, customer support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage, but it is not required.
