Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Budapest

Do you speak European Portuguese fluently and enjoy helping customers and solving problems?

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues.

What will you do?

• Provide professional customer support in Portuguese
• Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues
• Understand the customer's problem and guide them towards the right solution
• Support customers with basic troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Fluent Portuguese language skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and patient approach
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage.
