Role Summary

Lead the strategy, growth, commercialization, and profitability of Jazz’s A2P Messaging and Digital Platforms portfolio, driving traffic expansion, strategic partnerships, revenue growth, product development, and enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy, revenue, profitability, and annual business plans for A2P Messaging and Digital Platforms.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow A2P SMS traffic, revenue, margins, and market share.

• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle including identification, onboarding, commercial negotiations, performance management, and relationship development.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with SMS aggregators, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), wholesale messaging partners, and enterprise messaging clients.

• Identify and onboard new strategic partners and continuously expand the messaging ecosystem and business portfolio.

• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, traffic commitments, and partnership models to maximize business value and profitability.

• Monitor messaging volumes, revenue, profitability, traffic trends, and market dynamics to optimize margins and identify growth opportunities.

• Drive seamless A2P traffic routing, delivery, and service performance in collaboration with Technology and Operations teams.

• Identify opportunities for new messaging products, digital platforms, business models, and revenue streams.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, pricing models, and commercial approaches for new and existing propositions.

• Work cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and other relevant teams.

• Track key KPIs including revenue, traffic volumes, margins, profitability, partner performance, customer growth, and business pipeline.

• Prepare business performance reports, identify key opportunities and challenges, and present recommendations to senior management.

• Continuously assess market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities to strengthen and scale the messaging portfolio.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years in Product Management, B2B Solutions, Digital Business, Digital Platforms, Messaging, or Telecom.
• Strong commercial, strategic, partnership, and product management capabilities.
• Experience in developing, launching, and scaling digital products, messaging propositions, and revenue streams.
• Strong understanding of A2P messaging, digital platforms, data, analytics, and technology ecosystems.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, business development, and revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
