Responsibilities:
1. AI & Operational Process Modernization
- Unstructured Problem Solving: Deconstruct complex, ambiguous business and operational bottlenecks across the Bank into structured, actionable problem statements and execution plans.
- Process Re-engineering & Automation: Map end-to-end workflows, eliminate friction points, and co-design future-state target operating models (TOM) using Lean principles and modern workflow technologies.
- Micro-AI & Quick-Win Enablement: Identify, track, and deploy rapid AI and automation tools (e.g., GenAI, prompt tools, RPA, decisioning engines) to liberate front-line operational capacity.
- Strategic Root-Cause Analytics: Analyze operational failures and high-priority escalation patterns (e.g., CX friction points, process breaks) to synthesize systemic insights and build automated/scalable remedies.
2. Strategic Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Orchestration
- High-Impact Project Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives from conceptualization through value realization.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with business unit heads, peer transformation leads, and dedicated matrix IT squads (Architecture & Delivery) to remove execution blocks.
- ROI & Benefits Tracking: Define key performance metrics (FTE capacity freed, cycle-time reduction, cost efficiency) and monitor value capture across transformation projects.
- Agile Change Agent: Facilitate team adoption of digital-first mindsets, rapid prototyping, and automated tools across business units.
3. Executive Governance
- Management Committee Secretariat: Serve as the secretariat for the Management Committee (MC). Prepare meeting agendas, draft high-quality papers, and take accurate minutes to ensure clear tracking of all executive decisions and action items.
- Strategic Forums & Offsites: Assist in structuring and facilitating senior management alignment sessions, transformation workshops, and executive offsites.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong numeracy skills and a high aptitude for logical reasoning are essential.
- 2–4 years of experience within Management Consulting, Banking Management Associate programs, or High-growth FinTech / Tech Scale-up teams. Demonstration of a "T-shaped" competency profile—deep expertise in a core area with a broad ability to collaborate across disciplines—is highly valued.
