Contexte

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe Analog Safety Development dans le cadre d’un stage de 6 mois axé sur la Sûreté de Fonctionnement (Functional Safety).

Ce stage offre une opportunité unique d’acquérir une expérience pratique dans les analyses de sûreté (FMEDA) et de contribuer au développement de circuits intégrés de gestion de l’alimentation (PMIC) et de drivers (Gate Driver), dans un environnement innovant visant les plus hauts niveaux de sûreté de fonctionnement conformément à la norme ISO 26262 ASIL D.

Missions

  • Réaliser des analyses quantitatives de sûreté à l’aide de l’outil ANSYS Medini sur des circuits intégrés destinés aux véhicules électrifiés.
  • Développer et maintenir des scripts d’automatisation afin de supporter l’évaluation des métriques de sûreté en fonction des cas d’usage clients.
  • Contribuer aux activités suivantes :
    • Gestion des variantes produit.
    • Personnalisation des modules et mécanismes de sûreté en fonction des cas d’utilisation, à partir des fichiers de configuration des clients.
  • Générer et exporter la documentation d’analyse de sûreté ainsi que les métriques associées pour des cas d’usage spécifiques aux clients.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Définition produit, Architectes, Vérification) afin de garantir l’alignement avec les exigences du projet et les normes de sûreté.
  • Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue concernant les processus d’analyse de sûreté et l’utilisation des outils.
  • Contribuer à l’accompagnement des clients sur les aspects liés à la sûreté fonctionnelle.

Profil

  • Bac+5 en génie électrique, systèmes embarqués, informatique, ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Une connaissance de base des normes de Sûreté de Fonctionnement (par exemple ISO 26262) constitue un atout.
  • Une familiarité avec ANSYS Medini, les langages de script (par exemple Python) et/ou l’architecture des PMIC est fortement souhaitée.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et grande attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Context

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Analog Safety Development team for a 6-month internship focused on Functional Safety.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in safety analysis (FMEDA) and contribute to the development of Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs), High Voltage Gate driver within a dynamic and innovative environment for the highest level of functional safety (ISO 26262 ASIL D solutions).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Quantitative Safety Analysis using the ANSYS Medini tool on developed ICs for Electrified Vehicles
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to support Safety metrics evaluation per Customer use case:
    • Variant management
    • Customization of safety-related modules and safety mechanisms according to use cases based on customer configuration files
  • Generate and export safety analysis and metrics documentation for Customer dedicated use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Definition, Architects, Verification) to ensure alignment with safety standards and project requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety analysis workflows and tool usage.
  • Support for Customer safety enablement

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ANSYS Medini and/or scripting languages (e.g., Python), and PMIC architecture is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
