Contexte 


Intégré au sein de l’équipe R&D, le laboratoire de validation a pour mission de garantir la conformité des circuits développés aux exigences des clients, ainsi que le support des équipes de conception et de test.

Dans ce cadre, nous proposons un stage d’ingénieur d’une durée de 6 mois pour travailler sur la future génération des produits NXP pour la gestions de batteries dans les véhicules électriques (Battery Management System ou BMS). 

Le stage comportera deux parties :

- La première consistera à prendre en main les outils hardware et software utilisés au cours de la phase de validation.

- La seconde sera dédiée à la conception (schématique puis routage) d’une ou plusieurs PCB(s) dédiée(s) à l’automatisation et l’amélioration de tests déjà existants. 

 

Vos missions 


Le(a) stagiaire prendra en charge/réalisera les missions suivantes sous la tutelle d’un ingénieur de validation du laboratoire électrification : 


  • Familiarisation avec les produits BMS développés à NXP, prise en main de l’environnement de validation du laboratoire (cartes électroniques, programmes, interfaces utilisateur) 
  • Réalisation de tests afin d’acquérir la connaissance des produits BMS par la pratique 
  • Analyse et conception d’un prototype de carte : 
  • Prise en main des outils et ICs qui seront utilisés par la carte à développer 
  • Étude des besoins et solutions HW existants et définition d’axes d’améliorations 
  • Ajout de modules à la carte (conception schématique + routage)  
  • Test in-situ du prototype de carte 
  • Participation aux réunions équipes et projets  

 

Votre profil 


  • Bac +5 : Dernière année d’école d’ingénieur en électronique ou d'un cycle universitaire EEA. 
  • Des connaissances en développement de cartes électroniques et en électronique analogique seront nécessaires. 
  • Nous recherchons un ingénieur volontaire à l’esprit méthodique : rigoureux, pragmatique, réactif et capable de gérer des priorités.  
  • Un bon niveau d’anglais est exigé.


Context 


Part of the R&D team, the validation laboratory’s mission is to ensure the conformity of our products to the customers’ requirements, as well as to support design and test teams.

In this context, we offer a 6-month engineering internship to work on the next generation of NXP products for battery management system (BMS) in electric vehicles. 

The internship will consist of two parts :

- The first one will be devoted to learning and handling the already existing Hardware and software solutions used during the validation phase.

- The second will consist in conceiving (schematic and layout) one or multiple PCB(s) dedicated to automating and improving already existing tests. 


Your responsibilities 


The trainee will be responsible for/perform the following tasks under the supervision of a validation engineer from the electrification laboratory:  


  • Familiarization with BMS products developed at NXP, handling of laboratory test environment (electronic boards, programs, user interfaces) 
  • Executing tests to gain knowledge on BMS products through practice. 
  • Analysis and development of a boards prototype : 
  • Using the tools and ICs that will be used alongside the conceived board 
  • Study the needs and the already existing hardware in order to propose improvement strategies 
  • Implementing modules on the PCB (schematic conception + routing) 
  • In-environment testing of the prototype 
  • Participation in team and project meetings 

 

Your profile 


  • Master Degree / last year of engineering school in Electronics or EEA university degree 

  • Knowledge in Python software, instrumentation and electronics are required 
  • We are looking for an engineer with a methodical mindset: rigorous, pragmatic, reactive and able to manage priorities. 
  • A good level of English is required.
