• Perform all processing tasks.
• Codes data into IQVIA database system.
• Log production related to QMS issues, clarify and help resolve directly with LO, IP (Bangalore) or other involved parties.
• Interact with LO to update details of all production related binding documents.
• Escalate to LO or the relevant support teams any issues found during production.
• Perform Quality Control.
• Create and deliver output files in different formats to end-client or LO according to schedule.
• Deliver Ad-hoc to LO on request.
• Monitor jobs across different IMS systems.
• Prioritization of production schedules.
• Maintain and update KPI and AIS records.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all the processes and tools run through answering queries.
