Meet the team:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Manila, Philippines to support our growing organization and partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success. This role requires a dynamic, high-energy, and hands-on HR leader with strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
As a member of our high-performing Human Resources team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across key areas including talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations. You will play a critical role in shaping a positive employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture that supports Dexcom's growth objectives.
Where you come in:
- You will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders especially in Tech Support, providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, employee engagement, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
- You will coach and influence leaders on all HR programs and processes, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, leadership development, career progression, and change management.
- You will partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs, develop people strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance business performance and employee experience.
- You are responsible to analyze workforce and HR metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- You will lead and manage complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing counsel to leaders while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- You will drive talent management processes including succession planning, talent assessment, leadership capability development, and employee retention strategies.
- You will lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders through business transformations, restructuring activities, and growth initiatives.
- You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations) to execute enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
- You are responsible to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
- You will ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and company policies while mitigating organizational risk.
- You will lead HR projects and strategic initiatives, driving execution through effective stakeholder management, prioritization, and change leadership.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and practices to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.

- You’re experienced in strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are experienced in supporting organizational change, business transformation, and leadership development initiatives.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- You have experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- You have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and business functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in an HRBP, Manager, or Senior HR leadership capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
