ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Learning & Development (Voice & Accent Trainer) to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills Training within the Healthcare BPO/RCM environment. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing employees' verbal communication, customer interaction, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and overall professional effectiveness.

A Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline is preferred. Train the Trainer (TTT) certification will be considered an added advantage. The role requires flexibility to work in night shifts and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to drive learning initiatives and performance outcomes. 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development with at least 2-3 years specializing in Voice & Accent Training.

Note: Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory. Candidates with Train the Trainer (TTT) certification and prior RCM industry experience will be given preference.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
