As a Sr Creative Producer, you will lead integrated, multi-channel creative production for Target Creative from concept through post-production and delivery. You will lead sourcing and negotiation of internal and external creative resources including photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics, illustrators, music and audio partners. You must demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work and lead production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset. As part of the creative production team, you will help build production capabilities and a collaborative culture. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you:
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Expertise in multi-media creative production including photography, live action video, animation, motion graphics, and post production
Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages and work with ambiguity
Experience with high level fashion/beauty photography and social media production
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible to travel (weekends included)
Four year college degree
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
