Senior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our EST team in Netherlands!

Under minimal supervision, provides advanced administrative support to multiple departments, directors, projects, or contracts. Uses experience and initiative to coordinate complex schedules, documents, meetings, research, and reporting activities.

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (Onsite)

Salary: 18-20 EUR Hourly

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Manage calendars, calls, correspondence, requests, and scheduling requirements for multiple leaders or business groups. (25%)
• Create complex reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents using advanced software capabilities. (25%)
• Compile and analyze information, prepare reports or recommendations, and support resolution of administrative issues. (20%)
• Coordinate complex meetings, conferences, travel, expenses, and related logistical arrangements. (20%)
• Provide administrative guidance, backup support, and process assistance to employees and other administrative personnel. (10%)

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High school diploma, technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Significant administrative support experience, including support to directors or multiple departments.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, document preparation, scheduling, and meeting coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze administrative issues, compile information, and recommend solutions.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, and confidentiality.
