Job Description
The DC Solutioning and Provisioning Expert designs and implements data center solutions to meet customer needs. Operating under the DataCenter Solutioning and Provisioning Manager, this role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while providing technical
support and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position is crucial for ensuring consistent and reliable service
delivery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution Design and Development:Develop and design customized data center solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives. To ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Provisioning and Implementation: Assist in the end-to-end provisioning process, coordinating with internal teams and external
vendors.To ensure timely and accurate provisioning of data center services.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during the solution design and provisioning phases, troubleshooting and
resolving issues. To ensure all solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements are met through effective solution design. To maintain high customer satisfaction and alignment with customer Expectations.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all provisioning activities comply with industry standards and company processes . To maintain high standards of service delivery and mitigate risks.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution design, provisioning processes, and
technical specifications. To ensure accurate records and provide insights for continuous
improvement.
Professional Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in data center solutioning, provisioning, or related fields.
- Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or data center industry is highly desirable.
Professional Qualifications & Training
- ITIL, Data Center Industry certifications, other IT Infrastructure trainings and certifications
- Knowledge and Skills
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, solution design, and provisioning processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data center operations(Data Center
