As a Solution Delivery Consultant in the D&B Taiwan Delivery & Implementation team, your primary focus will be on：
【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Customer Implementation & Solution Delivery (60%-70%)
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for D&B APIs, data solutions, and integration products.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Design and document implementation specifications and integration requirements.
• Support API configuration, authentication, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Lead customer workshops, solution reviews, UAT sessions, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot API integration, mapping, and data quality issues.
• Provide post-implementation support and technical consultation when required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements, contractual obligations, and service-level commitments.
Automation & Process Transformation (30%-40%)
• Develop automation solutions to improve delivery productivity and customer experience.
• Build Python-based utilities, workflow tools, and operational automation frameworks.
• Support AI-enabled delivery and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify implementation processes.
• Contribute to delivery transformation, workflow modernization, and operational excellence programs.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on automation and innovation initiatives.

• Experience in data integration or B2B data services.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, technology, or multinational enterprise customers.
• Experience working in SaaS, Data, FinTech, Risk, Compliance, or Analytics environments.
• 3-8 years of experience in API implementation, software integration, technical consulting, or solution delivery.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience managing technical implementation projects.
