About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect to design innovative digital solutions that help organizations improve operational performance, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role bridges business strategy, product management, technology architecture, and implementation delivery. You will translate complex business problems into scalable technology solutions by connecting business objectives, architecture decisions, and implementation trade-offs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver who can simplify complexity and guide organizations from idea to execution.
What You'll Do
You will be expected to answer critical questions such as:
• What business problem are we solving?
• How does the solution align with broader product and technology strategies?
• What capabilities are required to achieve the desired outcomes?
• Which systems, platforms, and data sources should be involved?
• How should systems integrate and exchange information?
• What are the trade-offs between cost, speed, risk, scalability, and maintainability?
Core Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end solution architectures for digital products and platforms.
• Develop business process flows, capability maps, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven solution initiatives.
• Ensure architecture decisions consider scalability, security, governance, reliability, and operational supportability.
• Guide delivery teams through implementation and deployment.
• Communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Product Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience solutioning for API integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI, machine learning, analytics platforms, and intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, service operations, field service, or enterprise workflow technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern software patterns.
- Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance requirements.
- Agile delivery and product development experience.
Professional Skills Requirements:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
