Salesforce Developer – Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with project objectives.
Participate in requirement grooming, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and identify technical dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, workflows, and other platform capabilities.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and appropriate integration mechanisms.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis to ensure quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Resolve defects identified during QA/UAT and provide timely technical support for application issues and enhancements.
Support deployment and release activities across development, testing, and production environments while following defined deployment and governance processes.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer to relevant team members, and support post-production stabilization and ongoing application maintenance.
