CMS- Contentful: Senior Engineer Job requirements
Experience Range: 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on expertise with CMS platforms such as Contentful and Adobe AEM Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and implement Adobe AEM templates, components, and Experience Fragments based on approved Figma designs 2. Design and develop scalable applications and platforms utilizing Contentful CMS 3. Develop and integrate microservices using NodeJS, following industry-standard architectural patterns 4. Implement and optimize GraphQL APIs for efficient data retrieval and interaction 5. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert Figma prototypes into responsive front-end solutions 6. Apply JAM Stack principles to deliver high-performance, secure web applications 7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and reliability 8. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines and maintain quality standards Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) 2. Strong experience with NodeJS for backend and microservices development 3. Hands-on expertise with Contentful CMS for content modeling and configuration 4. Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for building templates, components, and Experience Fragments 5. Experience developing and consuming GraphQL APIs 6. Solid understanding of JAM Stack architecture and implementation 7. Version control using Git 8. Experience with RESTful API development and integration Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions 2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments 3. Familiarity with headless CMS integration strategies 4. Expertise in web application performance optimization 5. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices 6. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2. Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful (preferred) 3. Certification in JavaScript or NodeJS development (preferred)
