What You'll be Owning
GRVTY is seeking a Software Developer (Systems Software) with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. Candidate will provide cyber and SIGINT exploitation of large-scale networks and the data riding on them to uncover unknown and emerging adversary capabilities leveraging expertise in exploitation. Candidate will apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Candidate will work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Candidate will operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions; will mentor or supervise employees in technical competencies.
What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- 7+ years’ experience in software development or systems engineering, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting offensive or defensive cyber operations.
- Demonstrated experience integrating modern AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing legacy architectures, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience with containerization, orchestration, and cluster management platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, secure API gateways, and data governance controls for AI/LLM deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimized for AI/ML and distributed processing such as GPU instances, vCPUs, and high-speed networking fabrics.
- Knowledge of network engineering fundamentals, low-latency protocols, system security, and data pipeline architectures supporting model inference and training.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, translate complex client requirements into scalable system designs, and mentor junior engineers.
What Would be Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or GitLab CI.
- Demonstrated experience working with high-performance networking, software, and hardware.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Systems Engineering.
- Professional certification in Cloud Architecture or DevOps, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA

Virginia Pay Range
$150,000 - $250,000
