About the role

Role Overview

The Social Commerce Lead supports the execution of Dyson Singapore's social commerce plans across content, affiliates, livestream, media and shop conversion activities. Working closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, the role helps coordinate channel activities, monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and support the delivery of commercial objectives within agreed brand and commercial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy and Commercial Ownership

  • Support the development and execution of quarterly and monthly social commerce plans aligned with broader e-commerce and business objectives.
  • Monitor channel performance against GMV, unit, revenue and conversion targets, and provide insights and recommendations to support business performance.
  • Track channel performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support the preparation of performance reviews and business updates.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, campaign planning and performance reporting activities.

2. Integrated Social Commerce Operating Plan

  • Own one integrated calendar across launches, BAU content, affiliates, owned livestreams, paid activity and promotional moments.
  • Coordinate weekly performance reviews and track actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the integrated social commerce calendar across product launches, content activities, affiliate campaigns, livestreams, paid activities and promotional events.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables and campaign requirements.
  • Support weekly performance reviews by consolidating updates, tracking actions and following up on outstanding items.

3. Commercial Levers and Budget

  • Partner with Sales on pricing, promotions, bundles, vouchers, stock allocation and social commerce shop mechanics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize investments across affiliate, content, livestream and paid activities.
  • Escalate stock, pricing or profitability risks with quantified options and a recommended decision.

4. Workstream Leadership

  • Set the commercial brief and performance priorities for the Social Commerce Content Specialist.
  • Partner with the Affiliate lead on recruitment, activation, content output and affiliate GMV contribution.
  • Partner with the Livestream lead on owned-livestream strategy, calendar, roster, conversion performance and AI-livestream integration.
  • Partner with Social and Marketing teams on global assets, brand guardrails, local adaptation and paid-media amplification.
  • Partner with Category/GTM on paid KOLs and celebrity activity where the primary objective is brand or category awareness.

5. Performance and Optimisation

  • Maintain and consolidate social commerce performance reporting and insights.
  • Analyze the full funnel: content reach and watch time, product clicks, affiliate conversion, livestream efficiency, product-card performance, media ROAS and repeat/new-buyer contribution.
  • Run structured tests across content, offers, livestream formats, affiliate cohorts and media; scale proven activity and stop low-return activity.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and convert insights into clear weekly actions, owners and deadlines.

*Key Performance Indicators

Commercial Growth : Social commerce GMV, units, net revenue and gross margin versus target; incremental contribution versus channel transfer.

Commercial Quality: Product mix, discount efficiency, voucher efficiency and channel contribution after commissions, media and platform costs.

Engine Performance: Content-attributed GMV, affiliate GMV, owned-livestream GMV and GMV/hour, product-card conversion and paid-media ROAS.

Customer Growth: New-buyer contribution, repeat purchases where measurable, follower quality and qualified traffic.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, social commerce or digital sales, with direct ownership of a commercial target or P&L.
  • Strong experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada; platform name matters less than proven commercial accountability.
  • Confident with forecasting, promotional economics, product mix, conversion funnels and performance reporting.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams through influence while making clear decisions and holding owners accountable.
  • Strong understanding of content, affiliates, livestream and paid media as connected commerce levers.
